Yes, things are so off! All you can really do is laugh it all off. We still have yet to get our money. We were supposed to close today but we can't without the money. Well, guess what! Brentwood wasn't ready either. ~Fhew!!~ Now I don't feel so bad. We did a second walk through Monday and the carpet was still not right. I felt so bad for the guy. He was so embarrassed....He was so red from what I guess was anger that they had not finished it. Oh, well right? LOL At least my teeth don't hurt! :)
Yes, I am scheduled for my consultation with the oral surgeon next week. I am having four wisdom teeth out. Cool, huh? LoL......I am just a bit terrified. Going to the dentist did break the ice for me and get me over myself. I plan on getting the kids in one by one after my surgery.
Here is a new issue we are having. Elizabeth has a bald spot on the top of her head! I kid you not. I kind of noticed it last night but thought her hair was parted funny. Well, this morning it was the size of a quarter. I don't get it at all. I am going to see if I can't get her in tomorrow to see what is up with all of that.
Anyway, I am going to go finish dinner and help the girls with their homework. CIAO~
This is the rantings of a WAHM of five children, and military wife. I have been married to a wonderful man for 15 years. This is where I go to vent anything and everything that is bothering me. Enjoy!

In a funk....
I am in a major funk tonight. I feel like death is over my head right now. Like I won't live much beyond this year. I hate it when I get in these moods. I am lightheaded, restless, anxious, down... I don't really get it. It has to be from all the pain meds I have been taking for my mouth. Oiy, I can't wait to get in this Tuesday..... ~sigh~

YEE HA! Dixie Stampede was AWESOME!
Yes, I had a BLAST! Shoot, everyone of us that went had a blast!
This weekend, we took our troop up to Myrtle Beach to see Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Christmas show. WOW! First off, the ride up went smooth. I had six kids in my car.....Enough said! LOL We watched the preshow and then were taken back for the show and dinner, well lunch in our case. The show was AMAZING. Shoot, the food was even better! Each person, including the kids, were given a biscuit, soup, an entire rotisserie chicken(small), a strip of loin, half a baked potato, an ear of corn and a turnover. Needless to say, we were all pretty full! Oh! The show actually went over the real reason we have Christmas, baby Jesus and all. There were also pig races, ostrich races and adult volunteers on horse sticks! One of our sets of parents paricipated and two ladies from our service unit.
The only bad part of this trip was the gift shop. We waited for over TWO HOURS in line. Try doing this with a bunch of Girl Scouts and a five year old boy.....
Some of the parents were a bit dissappointed to hear that our leader went to the aquarium afterwards and didn't invite any of us to go. I was just glad that I was able to be there to make sure that all the kids went home with whom they were supposed to. If I would have known....anyway.
Right after the girls were all picked up, we headed over to a hockey game. Yes, I totally squished too much into one day. Oh, we had a great time. My two year old was already there with her daddy. She spent the day with him at the tailgating party that happened during the day there, which was perfect for her. Oh, did I meantion this kid LOVES hockey? LOL She was good almost the whole game. The last period was too much for her. She was just plain tired. She did go to sleep really well that night though at least.
The one downer of the weekend was we were supposed to go to a birthday party. My sil came last minute and we had to bail out of it. She was already half way here from Columbia and my dh had to work....I feel bad because I bailed out of a meeting this week because of sickness. I feel like a flake..... well can't change it now~!
